Sweetums became an AKC Champion at 10 months of age, and received her obedience title of a CD at 2 years of age. Sweetums earned her Rally Novice Title RN from the B class. She passed and received her title of TT from the American Temperment Test Society (ATTS). She received her TDI title from Therapy Dogs International. Sweetums also has her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) from the American Kennel Club. Sweetums became a mother of four puppies in 2006,
and has returned to competition. In 2007 she has earned her UKC championship (she was
ranked fifth in conformation competition in the nation for 2005). Sweetums earned her AKC
CDX in 2007, and has started her utility training!
All four of Sweetums puppies are major pointed in AKC conformation competition from the bred by exhibitor classes. Schatzie is a multi-group placing frenchie in AKC Bred By competition, and his brother Peach has also done well in Bred By group competition. Peach earned his UKC Championship in 2007 and is ranked #1 UKC conformation French Bulldog for 2007 in his first year in the conformation ring in the nation. Oonagh also earned her UKC Championship in 2007, and is ranked #8 in UKC Top Ten conformation. Schatzie is #3 in the United States in UKC conformation Top Ten. At the Top Ten Invitational competition held in Michigan he won Best of Breed during Top Ten Finals Competition. He earned his UKC championship with style by winning BEST IN SHOW at the Connecticut Classic. Peach and Schatzie are multi-group placing frenchies in UKC conformation, and Oonagh has also placed well in group competition.
In 2008 Peach, Schatzie, and Oonagh all became Canine Good Citizens (CGC) from the American Kennel Club. Peach began his rally career and has one leg from the Novice B division.
Peach, Oonagh, and Schatzie are all training in obedience, rally, agility, and weight pulling in addition to conformation. Look for them in the AKC performance ring during the Fitchburg dog shows August 2008. Sweetums and Schatzie will be performing in a brace during the obedience competition!
