| Today at Premier in Kalamazoo Michigan our junior handler friend Kasie Jo handled Schatzie to a Champion win with competition and Best of Breed. Our new friend Barbara Jo Ralston handled our Oonagh and was marvelous! I handled Peach to Reserve. Today we showed under Judge Joseph Allen. I showed Schatzie in the Group competition and he was superb. Photos to come. |

| Well today was one for the gals:) Oonagh was stunning. She was named Champion for a win with competition and Best of Breed by Judge Matthew Proctor. Schatzie was Reserve. Oonagh was absolutely wonderful in the group competition. |

Sadly today is our last day of showing in Michigan. I must recommend this cluster of shows. A ton of fun, and we made some lasting friendships. Learned so much about different breeds. Today Schatzie had a win with competition and was named Champion as well as Best of Breed. Peach earned Reserve. Both showed under Judge Marilyn O'Neil. Schatzie once again was impressive in group competition:) |

Today the Apple Valley Rat Terrier Club hosted an indoor show at a venue in Taunton MA. I had prepared the dogs a few days prior since I had to work, and could only attend one event. We left for the show right when I got out of work so I was exhausted yet really looking forward to the dog show. I was very excited when juniors Kasie Jo Lopes offered to handle Schatzie and Julia Sterritt Oonagh. Well, our Peach earned a competition win by earning Champion, Best of Breed, Companion Group 1 under Judge Avril Black. A great honor was an award of Reserve Best in Show by Judge Kathy Lorentzen (photo below). Many thanks to both judges!. |
