On Saturday March 26, 2004 Sweetums, Rommel and I travelled to a beautiful new facility called Silver City in Taunton, MA for an obedience Rally Fun Match Try It day sponsored by the Baystate Schutzhund Club. Well we all had a great time, and met many new friends! We tried Rally for the first time and had a blast! In Novice Rally Sweetums scored a 94 (out of a possible score of 100 points), and Rommel scored a 90. We decided to attempt the off leash Advanced Rally Class. A bar jump was added and the jump heights were 8 inches for Sweetums and 16 inches for Mr. Rommel. Sweetums tried VERY HARD in the off leash work, but failed to qualify. Mr. Rommel received a THIRD PLACE and a score of 90. We can't wait to go to another Rally!!!! (photo courtesy of Colleen Brown) |

On Saturday April 23, 2005 under Judge Patricia Scully Sweetums earned a wonderful qualifying score of 95 in the Rally Novice Class B held by Pioneer Valley Kennel Club in West Springfield. So Sweetums returned home with her first leg!!!! |

On Mother's Day weekend Sunday May 8, 2005 Sweetums and I went to York County Kennel Club of Maine's Dog Show held at the Acton Fairgrounds in Acton Maine. The weather conditions were EXTREME! A Nor'Easter had arrived and the show went on outside despite high winds, frigid temperatures, and rain. Sweetums shined outside despite the conditions!!! The club held two rally shows in one day at the fairgrounds, and Sweetums received her 2nd and 3rd legs in Novice B earning her RN title!!! |

In the morning Sweetums received her 2nd Rally Novice B leg from judge Elizabeth Chase with a qualifying score of 79. |

Later in the afternoon Sweetums entered her 3rd rally novice B class, and received a qualifying score earning her RN title from the AKC!!! Sweetums received a qualifying score of 89 from judge Julie Seeley. |
